   • All services rendered by our firm are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, we cannot offer a refund.
   • In the case of a service cancellation, we require a 30-day notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee.

   • Tickets for events organized by our firm are refundable up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
   • For any ticket purchased within 30 days of the event, all tickets are non-refundable.
